Lumens VS-LC102 CaptureVision System
With the growing implementation of distance learning as an option at all levels of education, Lumens created the VS-LC102 lecture capture system to be the centerpiece of your delivery infrastructure. CaptureVision is a compact embedded system that supports Ethernet and allows for integration with network resources such as IP cameras creating a cost-effective and simple installation process.
Not only does the CaptureVision Station deliver live video streaming, but it also supports HTML 5, allowing learners to view the course content on any device via their web browser. The ability to stream H.264 Full HD video means learners will receive high-quality communications on their terms in a comfortable environment.
The LC102 is equipped with HDMI, VGA, and Ethernet (RJ-45) ports for Full HD A/V capture as well as support for multi-source input such as network PTZ cameras, document cameras, and laptops. A polished production that employs watermarks, titles, and trailers can be produced quickly without the need for a lengthy post-production process. The LC102 also boasts a user-friendly interface with an embedded playback feature allowing the presenter to review the recorded material immediately.
Capture and storage features are also integrated into the LC102. Recorded videos can be saved to the internal 1TB hard drive or saved to an external flash for portability. Files can then be uploaded to an FTP/SFTP site or cloud platform with support for scheduled uploads. The option to save to a flash drive effectively secures the presenter's intellectual property as the files will not be stored on the CaptureVision Station.
