Lumens VC-A71P 4K IP PTZ camera

I purchased 6 of these cameras to use in a training room environment that would allow us to stream classes to remote students, it is also used to record classes for use in training facilitators around the world. Being able to capture content without large cameras and tripods in the room which is very distracting to our students was a key requirement. Being able to move the camera shot and zoom in on specific activities throughout a multi day class was critical to our needs. I am pleased to say that 71P model with 30x Optical Zoom can do this at the high standards we were expecting. We are running all 6 cameras on PoE which made the installation so easy. 1 cable for data and power couldn't get any easier. One nice surprise that isn't advertised is these cameras come with their own ceiling mount included. Buying these as after market items is upwards of $70 per mount. So it was wonderful it was included with the camera. The setup is quite straight forward but the options to adjust all the camera settings is extensive. Although I am comfortable with these adjustments, in a well lit training room the auto settings were extremely natural. So I often leave everything on auto and the output we get are excellent. I would definitely recommend the Lumens product, I believe they have just launched an NDI version of the A71P. Which is a great addition.
