Warranty
Every product is a genuine item supplied through authorised distribution and carries its manufacturer's standard warranty for the United States.
- Who provides the cover. Warranty duration, what is covered and how claims are handled are set by the manufacturer, run from the date of purchase and may be changed by the manufacturer without notice. Where a manufacturer asks for product registration to activate the warranty, register on their website when the product arrives.
- Technical support and warranty claims. Most manufacturers diagnose faults and provide warranty service directly through their own support channels (advance replacement, depot repair or on-site, depending on the product and the warranty level).
- Dead on arrival. If a product fails on first use, report the issue within the manufacturer's DOA window — typically 30 days from invoice, shorter for some brands — with a description of the fault to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and arrange a replacement or repair under the manufacturer's policy. Nothing can be returned without an RA number.
- After the DOA window. Defective units are repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty terms, normally directly with the manufacturer. Keep your invoice — it is your proof of purchase date.
- Not covered. Physical damage, misuse, unauthorised modification and consumables. Software, licences, subscriptions and services are non-returnable once delivered or activated. Special-order and custom-configured items are covered by warranty but cannot be returned for stock balance.
- Extend your cover. Manufacturer care packs, extended warranties and on-site upgrades are available for most products — use the warranty options on this page.
