Free Ground Shipping (7-10 business days) is available for most orders placed online over $500.00  (limited to size and weight items such as screens, podiums and large display monitors are not included)  Shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska are extra and will be added to your order.  Please call us Toll Free at 1-888-775-0651 if you need shipping rates for those locations.

Priority, Standard Overnight, 2nd day and 3rd day air shipments are not guaranteed and are based on "business days" not weekend days.  If you place your order after 3pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) your order could ship same day or the next business day.  Some delays with delivery can happen due to time of order placed, warehouse location in relation to your destination area (some rural areas take longer to be delivered even if overnight service is requested) and weather related issues.  We will try our best to get your package expedited with the service you request but we do not "guarantee" that your package will be delivered at a specified time.  Protech Projection Systems, Inc does not refund any shipping charges even if these delays may occur. 

To check real time availability on a particular product that you want shipped Standard Overnight or Early AM priority service, please call us Toll Free at 1-888-775-0651.  Some Standard Overnight and Early AM services are not available in all areas.  We will contact you after your order has been placed and let you know that your product has shipped and service is available if possible. 

Please note that all shipments require a signature from the shipping address location.  If you are shipping to a residence and you are not home to sign for your packages, please note that in the "comments" section of the checkout area or call us 1-888-775-0651 when placing your order.  All credit card orders must have a signature at the delivery location (direct signature service). 

We ship UPS and FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, and Overnight delivery. Special orders may require special shipping and handling charges. Freight is based on the average product weight and method for our US clients. International orders are not accepted at this time. Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment carefully to make sure it is free from damages. If you find that a product has been damaged in shipment, please notify your driver of the shipment and file a claim with the shipper immediately, before the driver leaves your location. Then call us Toll Free at 1-888-775-0651 to expedite your claim. We must have the couriers driver claim form (copy) to expedite your damage claim.
 
Return Policy

All product returns must be processed within (14) days from the date of invoice, no exceptions. In order for us to quickly process your return and apply credit to your account, we ask the following terms be met:   

-->Retain all packaging material and documentation. We recommend you package your return securely and insure it for the value of the contents. Prior to returning any product, call your sales representative at 1-888-775-0651 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number. The RMA number is only valid for (7) days after it has been issued and must be clearly displayed on the outside shipping label. DO NOT MARK ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. If the return does not have an RMA number clearly visible and displayed on the label of the box, the product will be refused, and returned at the customers expense. This will delay crediting your account. We do not refund any shipping charges to or from your physical location or your specified shipping address for original shipping or return shipping under any circumstance.  We do not guarantee any shipping services such as UPS or Fedex P1, 2nd day air, 3rd day air or ground and do not refund shipping if items ordered do not arrive at destination on time or with specified service. 

-->DO NOT REFUSE A NON-DEFECTIVE SHIPMENT FROM THE DRIVER. This is very important and must be followed. Any shipment refused by the shipping company and returned to us will be subject to a 30% restocking charge and freight charges both ways unless instructed to do so by a Protech Projection Systems, Inc representative. 

-->NOTE IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS : All non-defective products received within the (14) day return period must be returned 100% complete, in resaleable condition including original packaging material, manuals, software, blank warranty cards and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Non defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to shipping, handling and insurance fees. All returns that do not conform to our return policy are subject to a restocking fee of 30%. Absolutely no returns will be honored after (14) days with no exceptions. We do not accept returns on custom made products (i.e. wood products, special order items, podiums, accessories, screens and all replacement lamps of any kind) 

-->All open box items will be charged a minimum of 15% plus original shipping charges that was prepaid by Protech Projection Systems, Inc. Customers are responsible for shipping and insuring the item (s) they want to return. All factory sealed items that have not been opened can be returned within (14) days of purchase without a restock charge but any shipping charges prepaid by Protech Projection Systems, Inc will be deducted from your account upon credit. All returned items will be inspected and must have an RMA number given by a Protech Projection Systems, Inc representative prior to your return. No returns will be honored without an RMA number and after (14) days of sale.
