Shipping policy

Free Ground Shipping (7-10 business days) is available for most orders placed online over $500.00  (limited to size and weight items such as screens, podiums and large display monitors are not included)  Shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska are extra and will be added to your order.  Please call us Toll Free at 1-888-775-0651 if you need shipping rates for those locations.

Priority, Standard Overnight, 2nd day and 3rd day air shipments are not guaranteed and are based on "business days" not weekend days.  If you place your order after 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) your order could ship same day or the next business day.  Some delays with delivery can happen due to time of order placed, warehouse location in relation to your destination area (some rural areas take longer to be delivered even if overnight service is requested) and weather related issues.  We will try our best to get your package expedited with the service you request but we do not "guarantee" that your package will be delivered at a specified time.  Protech Projection Systems, Inc does not refund any shipping charges even if these delays may occur. 

To check real time availability on a particular product that you want shipped Standard Overnight or Early AM priority service, please call us Toll Free at 1-888-775-0651.  Some Standard Overnight and Early AM services are not available in all areas.  We will contact you after your order has been placed and let you know that your product has shipped and service is available if possible. 

Please note that all shipments require a signature from the shipping address location.  If you are shipping to a residence and you are not home to sign for your packages, please note that in the "comments" section of the checkout area or call us 1-888-775-0651 when placing your order.  All credit card orders must have a signature at the delivery location (direct signature service). 

We ship UPS and FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, and Overnight delivery. Special orders may require special shipping and handling charges. Freight is based on the average product weight and method for our US clients. International orders are not accepted at this time. Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment carefully to make sure it is free from damages. If you find that a product has been damaged in shipment, please notify your driver of the shipment and file a claim with the driver / shipper immediately, before the driver leaves your location. Then call us Toll Free at 1-888-775-0651 to expedite your claim. We must have the couriers driver claim form (copy) to expedite your damage claim.

Kindly inspect your panel(s) and boards immediately upon receipt.  Please pass this information on to your receiving department, or to the recipient of the product.  Should product be damaged in transit, it must be identified at the point of delivery in order to be covered.  Any freight damage reported after 48 hours from delivery will not be covered. Please note, concealed damages must be reported within 10 days from delivery to submit a claim and must be confirmed with photos. If there is notable damage to the outside of the box(es) PLEASE refuse the product. If the opportunity to check the panels is missed before they are signed for, we will be unable to file a claim, and therefore unable to replace the broken panel or whiteboard for full credit.
